With our continual focus on industry hot topics, such as Active Asset Management, we are ensuring that our solutions assist in overcoming industry challenges, for example, compliance. Promaster has reflected the changes to the Decent Homes standards/SHQS/WHQS, making sure that customers can report with confidence. Workforce mobilisation is also another hot topic and a very effective way of improving performance and productivity. We are therefore constantly working to evolve and enhance our mobile solution to provide online and offline mobile working for asset management.
Our solution approach reflects the growing complexity and changing needs of the Housing sector, recognising that providers themselves need to be more agile. As organisations look to save time and money, it is essential that there is tight and efficient integration between all key business systems, including Property and Asset Management, Housing, Finance, direct workforce management, scheduling, and CRM systems.
